We have specifically chosen Trigga as our mascot because he is a uniquely Australia animal and is exactly the kind of animal that we at the SSAA are trying to protect from the scourge of non-native, pest animals. Trigga will be instantly recognizable as ‘Australian’ to our international friends, collectors and children alike and is sure to be a fantastic talking point to help our members explain why they hunt and the benefits of hunting to protect our distinctively Australian fauna and flora.
