Shipping Policy

We’re proud to offer free shipping to SSAA members on all online orders within Australia. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, with delivery expected within 4–7 business days metro, longer for regional areas. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays or other unforeseen delays. 

Your Order

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If your item has been sent with tracking, you will receive an email from Australia Post that will include tracking details. Please note that not all items are sent with tracking. 

Lost or Damaged Orders 

You must notify us within 6 weeks of the dispatch date, as recorded in your account, if you have not received your item or if it arrives damaged. After this period, we are unable to issue a replacement for any missing or damaged orders.

Returns Policy 

At SSAA Online Shop, we want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind about a purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on most full-priced and reduced items. 

Change of Mind Returns – Timeframe 

  • Online (Australia): Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a change of mind return, the following conditions must be met: 

  • You provide proof of purchase; 
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all tags still attached. 

Change of mind returns can be sent by post at the customer’s expense to PO Box 282 Plumpton NSW 2761. 

You will be refunded the purchase price you originally paid, including any discounts that were applied at the time of purchase. The refund will be processed using your original payment method, and the amount returned will match what you were charged at checkout. 

For items that are faulty or fall under Australian Consumer Law guarantees, please contact our team so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Size Guide 

To help you find the right fit, please refer to the size information available on each product page. 

For most apparel, measurements are taken with the garment lying flat across the chest. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed and comfortable fit.

Warranty 

At SSAA Online Shop, we are committed to offering quality products that meet your expectations. 

We offer a 3-month warranty on most items sold through our store. This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, fair wear and tear or accidental damage. 

To make a warranty claim, the product must be returned with proof of purchase. All claims will be assessed to determine if the fault falls under warranty coverage. 

If your product is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
